The Best Treats at Disney’s Magic Kingdom

One of the biggest rookie mistakes that families make on their Walt Disney World vacation is not trying any of the exclusive snacks and treats that you can only find at Disney World.

We wanted to share with you some of the best treats at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. These treats are all exclusive to both Walt Disney World and (for the most part) to the Magic Kingdom Park.

Gaston’s Cinnamon Roll

Gaston’s Cinnamon Roll can be found at Gaston’s Tavern in the New Fantasyland area of the Magic Kingdom. It makes our list of best treats at the Magic Kingdom for several reasons…

First, it’s delicious. Second, it’s sizeable enough to share. And third, you can get extra icing on the side. Anytime you can ask for extra icing with a cinnamon roll, you’re in a win-win situation.

Le Fou’s Brew

Le Fou’s Brew is another treat that can also be found at Gaston’s Tavern in the New Fantasyland area of the Magic Kingdom. If you’re a fan of Universal Orlando’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter Butter Beer, then this is definitely a must try for you!

We like to describe it as a frozen apple juice. While that in and of itself might not sound all that special, trust us. It’s so good! (Especially on those extremely hot and humid Florida days.)

Peter Pan Float

This best treat at Disney’s Magic Kingdom is available at Storybook Treats — tucked away in the old Fantasyland section, directly across from the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.

It’s basically a lime float, with a red-colored, white-chocolate feather on top. Not only is it another great snack to cool down from the Florida heat, it’s also one of the most instagram-worthy options too.

Cheshire Cat Tail

This Magic Kingdom treat is normally available at the Cheshire Cafe, directly across from the spinning teacups in the old Fantasyland area. However, due to COVID, it’s found a new home at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe in Tomorrow Land.

This best of treat is simply a long crescent roll filled with miniature chocolate chips and drizzled with purple and pink frosting. Sure, it might sound pretty basic, but it’s not. It’s absolutely delicious! (However, this is a warm treat, so it’s better during the cooler months.)

Cheeseburger Spring Rolls

The Cheeseburger Spring Rolls are the most random treat on our best treats at the Magic Kingdom list. We have no idea who came up with the idea of combining cheese burgers with spring rolls, but we’re glad they did.

You can only find these at a small, pop-up cart that’s normally located somewhere along the main hub — in the vicinity of Cinderella’s castle. Don’t knock it until you try it.

Pineapple Dole Whip

The pineapple dole whip at Aloha Isle is probably the most quintessential Magic Kingdom treat on our list. It’s been there forever, and it’s a reason why. It’s absolutely delicious, is perfect for the Florida weather, and it just fits perfectly in its Adventure Land setting.

While this treat is also available at the Polynesian Village resort, and at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park, we believe it just tastes better at the Magic Kingdom — its original home.

There you have it — the best treats at Disney’s Magic Kingdom!
