What Services Do You Provide If I Book My Trip With You?

What happens after I schedule a complimentary consultation?

Your dedicated Travel-Planning Genie℠ will send you an email with a video consultation link for your appointment. During your initial consultation, they will ask your family a series of questions so they can determine the best planning package to suite your family’s unique vacation wishes.

Once you’ve determined which vacation-planning package is the best for you, they’ll start granting your wishes!

Will I Have To Pay For My Entire Vacation Upfront?

If you’re booking far enough in advance, usually not. For most Disney, Universal, and Cruise vacations a deposit will hold your room/package for an extended period of time.

For example, both Walt Disney World and Disneyland vacation packages require a nominal deposit of $200 while Universal Orlando requires a nominal deposit of $50 per person.

If I've Already Booked With Disney Or Universal Directly, Can I Still Use Your Services?

More than likely! If you’ve booked your vacation within the last thirty days, and have not yet paid in full, we can tell you how to transfer your reservation over to us. We’ll immediately assign a Travel-Planning Genie℠ to start granting your vacation wishes! If it’s past thirty days or you’ve already paid in full, and we cannot transfer the booking, we charge a nominal fee to help you plan your vacation. (NOTE: This offer only applies only to reservations booked directly with Disney or Universal. Out of professional courtesy, we will not transfer a reservation from another travel agency – that would be villainous.)

Do I Pay You Or Disney/Universal?

While we collect your payment information, your package payments go directly to Disney, Universal, or whatever Vendor your vacation is booked with – never to us.

We use secure vendor payment portals and keep card information stored securely through an encrypted client portal system.

The only time you would pay us directly would be for our specialty planning packages. In that case, you will receive an electronic invoice and process the payment on your own accord.

What Happens If Disney Or Universal Releases A New Deal Or Package, After I've Already Booked And Paid My Deposit?

That’s why we’re the Travel-Planning Genies℠! If this happens, we will compare the new deal or package with the one previously booked. If you’re eligible, and the new one will save you money and/or fits better with your family’s needs, we will happily switch your reservation over to the new package/deal. #WishGranted

(NOTE: While Disney and Universal usually allow changes to be made for free, a nominal change fee will result once full payment date has been reached.)

Will I Receive A Disney Or Universal Confirmation Number?

Absolutely! All of our vacations are booked directly through Disney and Universal — or other verified vendors.

Do You Book Universal Orlando Resort Vacations Too?

If I Need To Change Or Cancel My Trip, Do I Contact Disney/Universal Or You?

Because you’ve booked your trip through us, Disney, Universal, and other Vendors require us to change and/or cancel the reservation on your behalf.

Contact your Travel-Planning Genie℠ and they’ll be happy to assist you. Just don’t bottle us up forever! When you’re ready for your wishes to be granted again, we’ll be ready too!

Do You Plan Destination Weddings and Honeymoons?

Yes! We love helping couples plan their ‘Happily Ever Afters!’ Just schedule a complimentary, no-obligation consultation HERE to summon a Travel-Planning Genie℠ and they will get the process started quicker than you can say, “Bippity Boppity Boo.”

Do You Plan Disneyland Paris, Shanghai Disneyland, or Tokyo Disney vacations too?

Yes, we do plan Shanghai Disneyland, Tokyo Disney, and Disneyland Paris vacation wishes. We do charge a nominal fee to plan these unique Disney destination vacations, as they require more planning on the part of our Travel-Planning Genies℠.

Do You Plan Corporate or Group Vacations to Disney and Universal resorts ?
