We customize our services based upon the needs of each individual family, so that completely depends upon the scope of service we’re providing, the number of rooms and guests traveling, and the number of destinations involved.

Your dedicated Travel-Planning Genie℠ will send you an email with a video consultation link for your appointment. During your initial consultation, they will ask your family a series of questions so they can determine the best planning package to suite your family’s unique vacation wishes.

Once you’ve determined which vacation-planning package is the best for you, they’ll start granting your wishes!

If you’re booking far enough in advance, usually not. For most Disney, Universal, and Cruise vacations a deposit will hold your room/package for an extended period of time.

For example, both Walt Disney World and Disneyland vacation packages require a nominal deposit of $200 while Universal Orlando requires a nominal deposit of $50 per person.

More than likely! If you’ve booked your vacation within the last thirty days, and have not yet paid in full, we can tell you how to transfer your reservation over to us. We’ll immediately assign a Travel-Planning Genie℠ to start granting your vacation wishes! If it’s past thirty days or you’ve already paid in full, and we cannot transfer the booking, we charge a nominal fee to help you plan your vacation. (NOTE: This offer only applies only to reservations booked directly with Disney or Universal. Out of professional courtesy, we will not transfer a reservation from another travel agency – that would be villainous.)

While we collect your payment information, your package payments go directly to Disney, Universal, or whatever Vendor your vacation is booked with – never to us.

We use secure vendor payment portals and keep card information stored securely through an encrypted client portal system.

The only time you would pay us directly would be for our specialty planning packages. In that case, you will receive an electronic invoice and process the payment on your own accord.

That’s why we’re the Travel-Planning Genies℠! If this happens, we will compare the new deal or package with the one previously booked. If you’re eligible, and the new one will save you money and/or fits better with your family’s needs, we will happily switch your reservation over to the new package/deal. #WishGranted

(NOTE: While Disney and Universal usually allow changes to be made for free, a nominal change fee will result once full payment date has been reached.)
