We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented, self-starters that are passionate about Disney and Universal vacations to join one of the fastest growing travel agencies in the world. We are multi-million dollar agency that currently has a combined social media following of almost 30k, and our owner, Brandon Foster, is currently the Mindset Expert for Careers on Vacation, an ASTA Certified Travel School. He was voted as their Expert of the Year and part of the team that won 4 Magellan Awards by Travel Weekly.
We pride ourselves in the first-class support given to our team members through the Travel Professional Training Kit, our in-house Million Dollar Travel Agent Training Program, special vendor trainings, and more.
Our goal is to help you have an exciting, successful, and highly profitable career in the travel industry.
While previous travel-planning experience is not required, experience traveling to these destinations IS a requirement.
You must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be ready to invest both time and money into yourself. Training is available for ideal candidates which includes mindset, sales methods and methodology, social media marketing, grass-roots marketing, and client-service. The most successful agents tend to invest anywhere from 20+ hours per week and approximately $2K+ on their own training, tools, and resources, plus yearly vacations.

Details:
- This is an independent contractor position.
- Work from home, while traveling, etc.
- Flexible hours with the ability to set your own schedule. (Must be able to invest 20+ hrs/week.)
- Is strictly commission based, with NO limit to earning potential.
- Training and support provided.
- Positive and encouraging environment.
- Travel benefits after sales benchmarks achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in all aspects of the vacation planning process.
- Provide customer service for clients before, during, and after travel.
- Build and grow your own book of clients (training provided).
- Participate in marketing activities to drive leads and increase your sales (training provided).
- Participation in team meetings (Wednesdays at 5pm EST) and one-on-one coaching sessions to help you reach your goals.
- Track and report commissions and performance data.
- Willingness to participate in educational opportunities, where available.
Qualifications:
- Organized, detail-oriented self-starter.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Must have a computer, phone and high-speed internet.
- Availability to assist clients, as needed.
- Complete orientation and training (required).
- Experience planning vacations is not required but considered a plus.
- Personal travel experience IS required to be considered.
- Love of social media and people.
